Torque specs w/KDSS - post lift install

Looking for the torque specs on the following and couldn't locate them elsewhere:

Rear lower shock bolt
Rear KDSS center bolts (4)
Lower/driver side panhard bar bolt

Everything is tight now just want to prevent things from back off. I'm running 4R Trail wheels and have them at 86lb ft. which I think it correct for lugnuts. Some info on GXOR and ClubLexus but couldn't find the Toyota site login and didn't get my pw reset email! Thanks

Lexus TechDoc - Info is as follows for anyone later on:

Rear shock = 18/72 ft. lb top/bottom
Rear sway bar bracket bolts (4) = 33ft. lb
Lower lateral control/panhard bar bolts (upper & lower) = 96ft lb.
