Torque specs for seat bracket bolt

I added a fire extinguisher with this H3R seat bracket, and I was curious what the torque spec was for the bolt that goes through the seat bracket into the body mount (the bolt circled in red here). Anyone have the value for it?

Interestingly, the FSM notes to specifically torque the inner bolt first, followed by the outer. Fun fact.
