Torque specs for pushrod cover bolts on FJ60?

I can't seem to find the torque specs for pushrod cover bolts on FJ60 in any of my manuals? Maybe I'm just overlooking it but I have looked several times and can't find it. If anyone can help me out that would be great cause I just changed the gasket and am waiting to torque it down?

I am not finding a specific tourque for the rocker cover fasteners in my Toyota 2F engine repair manual...

Being that the stud is a 8mm, I would not go over 15ft-lbs...
