Tool kit replacement part

Hi all,
I just had a nightmare experience at the local Goodyear. Besides mounting the incorrect tires they also lost one of the square 10mm ish nuts to put the spare tire removal pole together.

Can someone give me a part # for replacement part or parts with full retail price so I can have these a-holes pay me?

I had the spare in the back hatch loose for this reason... I didn't want anybody messing with the tools or mounting the spare....they did it anyway.

Hard to find good help these days....

The bolt isn't available stand alone, it comes with the extension arm, 09114-60070, list $9.74. Have them give you the $ and just buy a replacement bolt from Lowe's for ten cents.

That particular bolt will easily rattle off if it isn't tightened down prior to storing.

Exactly! And I personally tightened it and stored it the day before. Very frustrating. I hate taking my truck in for any thing any where.

End result was 5 Goodyear wrangler silent armors 275 65r18's for the price of the sra's ($209 each) vs $272 each and $10 cash for the part. All good now!
