SOLD Tool bag brackets + band (1 Viewer)

I need all of these pieces. It looks like I could get the band and the hook from city racer
and I'm willing to piece the assembly together from multiple suppliers but I can't find the "eye" that the
hook goes into nor the sibling tie downs that are on the band in this pic.

Sorry to bug @ToyotaMatt and @mattressking but I've found threads where these pieces
might have been available from them but for instance I can not find this on vintage teq.

Note: I'm trying to tidy up all the loose ends on my 1979 before I start paint prep. I know
these are not the perfect matchup for how the 1979 mounts the tool bag on the rear wheel
well...but they are close enough. What I'll actually do if i find this combination is spot weld
the two tie downs onto my wheel well and use the other pieces which are the same for the
1979 as earlier. It'll all work because I have new wheel wells in the rear.

Ordered from heritage cruisers. They appear to have the 1979 specific variant of these clamps and hooks. Many thanks to all replies.
