Thank you Although I am just not understanding how this is supposed to attach my seats to the rollbar...? What are my missing here? Does anyone have any pictures of how it is supposed to work?

It does not attach them to the roll bar, it attached them to the tub. The upper part of the "C" bracket attached to the seat, and the lower part of the "C" bracket attaches to the tub (stock holes). All they do is space the seats away from the tub to make room for the roll bar.
