build or buy
I think the point is do you want to take off running or do you want to do a build.
Looks like a decent rig you have already so by selling that and adding some you should be able to get a really capable rig
Just got to watch out for botched mods I guess
I dont think you should take on a build unless you want to do a build
frame off is not hard its staying motivated to push through that part of it and have the resources and determination to finish.
Building is not really any cheaper than buying from my experience but you do get to choose where the money goes
