To Add or Not to Add, that is the question.

Hi all
i recently installed ARB bumper with winch and roof rack, also had previously installed a rear bumper.
I guess the added weight made the AHC to compensate by sending more fluid to the shocks.
Now, on Normal height, the fluid is right above the minimum mark on the reservoir (may be 2mm), should I add?
I called my local Toyota dealership and the parts guy didn't know what i was talking about, didn't even know what AHC was. I actually had to give him the part number to check the price.

I would check for a leak, pressures might be to high.
