These are considered an upgrade to factory 80 series headlights and fit with minor plastic trimming. What needs to be trimmed is obvious when you compare it to the factory bulbs.
I’ve had Identical bulbs installed in my 80 for many many years in the high and low beams and I have nothing but good things to say about them. No issues with blinding oncoming traffic but good light output.
