TLCA - Chapter in good standing form

Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Perry Lowery and I am the Secretary / EVP for TLCA. I would like to take this opportunity to follow up with your chapter. Since I am not sure who to contact, please let me know who would handle the Chapter in Good Standing form.

We thank you for your chapter's participation in the monthly calls. Please let me know how I can be of assistance with your CGS form. I am also the person you contact to obtain coverage under the TLCA insurance umbrella when you host and event.

By the way, Lonestar Landcruisers will be hosting our 11th annual Round Up in Mason, TX this year (March 13-16.) There will be activities for all levels of trucks and drivers, the usual raffles (including one for the kids), band and BBQ. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Our Secretary handles completion of the CGS form. He sends it to Jennifer. I believe it is due in April each year. We renew our chapter dues in March so that confirms our current roster for the submission. If you have a new form, please send it to me. I'll PM the contact info.

TLCA Chapter in Gooding Standing Form

Jon, the TLCA ByLaws/SOPs clearly states that the Chapter in Good Standing (CGS) Forms must be received by TLCA on or before May 31 in each calendar year. The CGS Form is valid for a period not to exceed 13 month from the date of receipt by TLCA.

The CGS Form is on the TLCA web site and has not changed for several years.

The most recent CLCC CGS Form was submitted on 2 May 2013. Jennifer acknowledged receipt on 6 May 2013.
