And, get off Craigslist and get to work on your truck!
Would love to but I have no time right now. I still have not finished rebuilding my lathe - which I started over 2 months ago I think, never mind all my other things on the to do list.
So for now, when I need a distraction from the mindless tasks at school I surf craigslist and look at things I'm not going to buy.

Welcome to my world. :flipoff2:

Great to see it is not cluttered with useless junk inside. Reminds me of the crew cab one the guy in Squamish imported. I think it had around 18,000 kms on it. It had a low roof box on the back with all kinds of compartments for carrying stuff. IIRC, it was 'used' as a civil emergency support vehicle. You could not stand up inside it, but the height wasn't much worse than some tents.

No. Ronald's is an LJ70, IIRC. It isn't a Prado.

Actually it's an RJ70. 22R series motor. J series frame. 70 series body. Coil sprung.

Grrr, and I really don't have the room for another truck, so I'll pass....but am still curious why it's held out this long or if it has just been missed. Figured one of you guys out that way would have already checked it out.

Drove past it last summer a few times on my way through Yarrow, didn't stop. :meh:.

Clean looking M101... if it was half the price I would buy it!

I think that one is Wong's. He has a few of them.

Not a Cruiser but those that want to venture to the dark side:

Saw a real nice looking red Defender coming into Yarrow this afternoon towing a beautiful navy blue M101. Christian, I think that is about the ugliest paint I have seen on a M101. Fine if you are in desert combat operations but butt ugggggly for BC. For $2000, they'll need to repaint.

So anyone know what the story is with this? I saw it for sale when I was buying my pickup but it was advertised for $6000+ so I didn't bother and that was over 4 months ago. Now it's still there, what's wrong with it?

That one is still in Yarrow. It is no longer on the edge of the road with a For Sale sign on it. It is parked by the barn of the commune on the South side of the road. I had my mom with me, so i did not stop to see if it is still for sale.

Hmmm...did the m101 look like it had a cruiser ff under it?

sold mine to a guy out that way with a nice red defender ... Wasn't navy but it needed paint.

I didn't get a look at the underside. However, i have seen this red defender a few times. I don't think there are many of them around here.
