I'm running the TJM shocks in the front. They replaced OME nitrocharger shocks.
Physically the TJMs were much fatter and heavier. They seemed much more heavy duty compared to the OME shocks. The TJM also also had slightly more travel.
IMO performance was also improved. Less sway on road and provided better dampening when running at high speeds off road.
So I've had the TJM shocks on for a couple of days and absolutely love them. I've had billys in the past and like these just as much or better. The ride is solid but soak up big and small bumps easily. I've got BIOR front and rear bumpers, on 35's and there is no body roll taking tight on ramps or turns. they are definitely beefy as well. My only complaint is that they paint over the threads so getting your top nut on the fronts is a pain in the ass. you have to gradually thread it down and back off until the threads are clear.
If you don't mind me asking, how much were they?
i got them from metal tech $85/shock

So I bought rear OME to match the front on their advice and have these still in the box!Any long term gripes.
