I searched and couldn't find much info on these springs. I am hoping someone can help. I'm interested in the TJM 770RS80C 50mm Front Springs in the light/progressive and either the +50mm 770RR80C or +25mm 770RR80B rear coils. I rarely carry anything in the back and wanted a level look so I am a little torn on which one for the rear. Any feedback on these products would be appreciated.

Those only just went on sale in NA so you're not going to get many repsonses on them as of yet. Find some Aussie boards or ask some of the guys from Oz on this board to get a better respons

Bump for more info. TJM's webside is grossly inadequate in giving any sort of information on their springs. Honestly, how do some of these companies ever expect sales when they wont even tell you about what they are trying to sell you?

I looked at the kit on Toytec and it says the rears are progressive. I dont think this is the case, but I would like to know for sure. I also couldnt figure out why the heavies are only a 25 mm lift and the lights are 50mm. I understand that its all about spring rates, but that doesn't make much sense. I also see the 770RS80B spring at +25mm...I guess thats a heavy rate?? I sent TJM an email to see what they say.

Got a reply on which springs are progressive...

TJ,
You are correct on the 770FR80C for the front. Those are a progressive 50mm spring. We do offer a progressive spring for the rear it is part # 770RR80C and it is a 50mm as well. Those are the only progressive springs we offer for that application. Please let me know if you are interested and I can point you in the direction of distributor. Thanks for the inquiry.

Mike's a good guy and will bend over backwards to take care of the customer

I like the idea of progressive springs, but 50mm just aint enough.

X2 .. I would like to see progresive in 4" and 6" coils for us .. ( Ford Bronco guys have those options )

My brother has a bronco...parts are 1/3 the price of LC parts!!!! Not to mention its 30 yrs old...

I didn't realize TJM was back in the NA market. I can't comment on their springs, but I had TJM bumper on the 80 I used to have and it wasn't super strong, but it was cheap around $400 shipped. I set that bumper on a few ledges and never bent until I hit a Mercedes S500, and it still only bent a little and never got into the body. Great value is my opinion of TJM at this point.

Progressive rate 50mm + 30mm MAF spacers = 80 mm. If you need more than that, you can always add a larger spacer up front like what Metal Tech offers.

the 50mm progressives are right up my alley...im placing a call today to get some details.

Are any of the vendors on here selling TJM stuff? When did they come back to NA? Pricing on TJM springs?

Whoever gets this, please post up reviews. Not sure how it works now, but when I ordered my TJM bumper a few years back, it was drop shipped for free. Maybe one of the vendors can chime in on how shipping will work.

HEY GUYS,

Theres a great mag from OZ called 4wd action. Being an expat Ozzie i get it to remind me of what I left behind. Technical write ups on everything from suspension to radiators to equipment and the list goes on. They also have a website that you can browse through and I am sure you will find what you want. There is also a forum there.

www,4wdaction.com.au

Hope this helps.

Im am sure if you also ask a question on the forum you will get the info you require about the progressive coils.
