Tires pressure and Tranny fluid rec.

I have the OEM 17s on my 04 Sequoia. My tires indicated 40 psi, while the sticker on the inside of the rig stated " 32 psi" all the way around.

I have 60K on the Sequoia and wanted to change the tranny fluid. I bought 2 qts of OEM type 4 fluid. Should I change it now. Im ready for a long trip to FL in the summer with my family. Just worry

The door sticker is what Toyota wants to see- the tire label is "maximum pressure" probably not the recommended pressure specifically for your vehicle. When the tires are designed and manufactured- the manufacturer states a "not to exceed" number, how could the tire manufacturer know which vehicle their rubber would end up on?

As far as ATF- I believe the recommended interval for flush & fills is 60K miles. 2 quarts isn't going to do it- try like 10-12 (if you can flush out the torque converter) if not, then subtract 4.

I read the manual, it indicated 2 US quarts. I even ask the tech, he indicated 3.
It just drain the bolt and refills.

2 quarts will drain the pan, which is not all bad. A complete flush and fill, done with power machine, will replace all the fluid, in total will be 10-12.
