BJ74 has flush mount tire valves. Damnedest things. Looked high & low for adapter to connect when want to add air. Every tire store or 4X4 shop around puzzled. Even the esteemed Steve Jackson couldn't help! I thought I found the right adapter on Amazon:

but it is too large. Can't seem to find correct item. Of course, could just have the valves replaced to traditional valve stems, but wanted to check with the experience of the group first.... All help welcome.

I recall installing those before when I worked for discount tire many years ago so check with them if you haven't already. It is possible they don't even have them anymore but I recall they came as a set in a package with the adapter included. I am guessing the adapter is unique from brand to brand.

I will. Discount Tire is one shop I have not tried, but certainly will. Appreciate the prompt reply.
