BJ74 Mystery box Toyota 302/15

Cleaning up my under-dash wiring and curious if anyone knows what this is for? I haven't chased the wires yet but they head towards the radio/heater part of the dash. It's fairly light and it wasn't bolted to anything, just kind of pushed up above the pedals. I couldn't find anything with a reverse image search or by looking for "Toyota 302/15". The only non stock electrical piece I have (that I'm aware of) is a run on timer but those wires are all accounted for.

the part number fits. Maybe its an early model of their turbo timer....?

Edit- BTW I searched "ランドクルザー 302/15"

When I first received my 77 Series, we removed a 5 gallon bucket full of wires, antennas, and misc do-dads.
Probably half of the wires went no where.

It is all in Japanese but here it states that 302/15 is for "Land Cruiser 71, 74 series (up to January 1990), 61 series (up to November 1989)"

Thanks @FJ73Texas and @peteinjp seems reasonable that’s it. I bet that failed and someone put the new one in without clearing out the old one…looks like I’ll be chasing wires.
