Tire Rotation Pattern for the 100

Keep in mind not all tires are meant to be rotated in this order. Some unidirectional tires are not supposed to be cross-rotated (if it was originally on the right side, keep it on the right just switch it between front and rear wheels)
To my knowledge, all, not "some", unidirectional tires stay on the same side of the truck...the tread design works in the direction of rotation (arrows on the sidewall indicate the direction). My new set of Blizzak's are an example.

Then I find this rotation pattern in the Service Manual.
Oh well, at least they are inconsistent between the Owner Manual and Service Manual.

I need to do 5 tire rotation for my KO2. This will be the first rotation since I have purchase the tire. Which rotation did you all use? Owner Manual vs Service Manual version?

Thanks
Chris

On non-directional tires does it really make a difference what pattern? I've seen two variants in Toyota print- and the third from discount tire eho recommended clockwise like they perform on other trucks with non-directional tires.
