I have the mod if you want to do away with the TPMS and light completely.

Im in need of the mod on the TPMS for the Land Cruiser if you come across it in your research.

All 5 tires need to be within a certain pressure of each other or the light will come on. My guess is either you need to match up the pressure of the spare to your 4 new tires common pressure, balance them all out or the tire shop buggered 1 or more sensors when they mounted your new tires. Or did they possibly give you 4 new valve stems and throw out your TPS valve stems?

spare tire stem

I have light issues too.
one question.
How do you get to the spare tire stem, without taking the tire down. I can't see the stem, cause it is mounted stem side up under the truck. What am I missing here. Surely you dont have to take the whole tire down to check the pressure.

I forget the exact tecnique :) but I was able to do it without dropping the spare tire. Long skinny arms doing a reach over top to get into it I think. Air hose and chuck at home.
