For the other members that own FJ's with the 265/75-16 BFG/KO's, what is the normal everyday PSI that you run your tires? Mine are around 35 PSI from the pickup from the dealership. Since I have the performance package I also have the Bilstein shocks if that makes any difference in recommended PSI?

recommended tire PSI setting should be on the label inside the door..

If you want to get real anal...get some white chalk and draw a "bar" across the tread (inside to outside). Inflate tires to desired pressure and go for a drive. Note where the chalk is rubbed away. If its down the center, tire pressure is high, if on the sides, too low.

I run my tires a bit higher (42-45 psi) to keep in the center treads but that helps with the aggressive tread of the Super Swampers. On my 80 with KM2's, 35-37 psi seems to be the best...

That is what I did, looks like 32 psi cold is what puts the entire tread of the 265/75/16 BFG AT/KO's on the road. Thanks guys for your help.

The tires have been inflated 35PSI since new.
They have 7/32nd's on them and they still look good, that's what has been working for me............gm

Mine is a 2WD so it is a little lighter then yours. I have 30 psi in mine and the tread is running even, does feel a little soft. Is your tread wearing even clear to the edge of the tires? Also here in Maui the temp stays around 80 degrees year round.

Tires are staying square across the tire except for one tire.
That one has some irregular wear.
I you balance and rotate the tire off that position the irregular wear will most likely go away.
Balance, correct air pressure and rotation are necessary to keep the wear even..........gm
