I use the Thule spare time rack on my slee tire swing. its not the best fit because the tire is offset passenger. so the bike sticks out a little.
NOTE: the mounting plate that thule provided does not fit 5x150 the bolt pattern of LC's. I had to fab and weld my own.

What did you come up with? I'm looking to do this with my Thule.

Thanks

Do you have a "spare time" bike rack? the flange that Thule provides is designed for honda and Jeep I think and the bolt pattern for the Land Cruisers is too big.
Modifying the flange or mount that bolts behind the wheel on the tire swing. This flange is sandwiched between the wheel and the tire swing. (Refer to attachment photo of mount) cut the square post off the metal plate. use the plate as a stencil and cut a circle out of 1/8 thick steel plate. Mark where you want to drill the holes and mark where you will weld in the square tube that the bike rack slides onto. Paint it to keep from rusting. A muffler shop can also do this welding as well.
I hope this gives you some help. it isn't the best solution IMO but it will get you there and back.
