Hey guys I'm new on the site but have been lurking for a few years. I have a question I am sure y'all can answer. I have a stock 99' cruiser, currently it has 275x70 tires which came on the truck when I bought it several years ago. The size is kind of wierd and I need new tires. I found some gently used 285x75 BFG all terrains for a great price however I am not sure that I can fit them on the truck. If I installed a leveling kit on the front end do you think they would fit without rubbing. Thanks feels great to actually post on the site!

They will fit as-is. Slap them on. No leveling kit required on the front, as this is a "pre-installed" feature on the 100's. All you need to do is crank the torsion bars.

The only thing I would add to this is to forewarn that 100s don't like to be level. Maybe this isn't as big of a deal without a lift, but I've found than any rake < 1" results in undesirable handling.

Lol well I'm running my 285/75 DuraTrac's without any kind of lift whatsoever without any rubbing, so you can still put them on as is. Or at least in my experience you can.

Yep, I agree. I was running 285/75-16s for quite some time, until I went to 18s. No worries, and no rubs.
