Tiny wiper screw size

I’ve stripped the screw on the wiper arms. Having a heck of a time finding the right size. All local stores have only down to 4 mm.
Anyone please provide the correct tap and thread pitch size for the wiper arm?

Same screw as the early 2nd gen 4runners. The late model 2nd gen 4runners have a better design with a U hook at the end instead of the silly little bolts. May be a good time for the 4runner arm upgrade....

I can measure the screws tonight if no one else gets to it.

Are the 4 runner arms identical in design? Is the lower burred hole the same too?

I know as much about 4 runners as jeeps. What years would that be? I can hit local wrecker is this is direct fit.
Its getting harder to find wiper blades as well for the older style attachments. This seems like it might be
best solution.
