Thinking about a run over the 4 peaks tomorrow. But that's a big maybe for the time being. Was also thinking that a little trip out to Queen Valley and parts noth of there would be fun. It's all VERY much up in the air for me and I might not make a decision until tomorrow morning.

My "Other" cruiser bud wants to go play at the coves. Sunday for a few hours. Possible chance to break in the new EFI set up on the 40..

Howdy! Either of those sounds good to me. The rains have changed my plans around for the weekend, but I may still be available either Sat or Sun. Not available on Monday. About a month ago, I went out to Oak Flats Campground and located the "bypass" beyond the mine gates to come into the Montana Mtn trail from that end. My running partner for the day said he would call it a 3.5+, probably need 33's and one locker. You got that in your 60, right? John

I have a 3 day weekend and my cruiser still not running:bang:
I posted in the 80's tech section, anyone got any ideas how to get my junk runnin again ?
Howdy! You might also post up on the 60's board, as I think your running the 3FE like the FJ 62s. When I have worked on other EFIs, usually the shop manuals had procedures for testing the TPS, amongst other goodies, with a meter. Wish I could be more help. John

Very tempted for Sunday...Please post up if anyone is going. FWIW - I'd like to stay close to the east valley to keep fuel use low...

I took the family on a trip up Apache Trail , I mainly just wanted to get out of the house and see how well the Cruiser runs and I couldn't go too remote with Billie Jo ready to have our baby any day (today was her due date:eek:). Definetly need brakes and somewhere around Roosevelt Lake my altenator gave up but I ended up makeing it all the way home on a near dead battery.
heres some pics from along the way.

I know its a wimpy rock :o but I wanted a pic.

Not really wheeling but....

We took the Cruiser camping this year. Had to sell the F-150 to make room for the family. That left the Cruiser as our camping vehicle. Luckily I had the forsight to buy a trailer for this type of situation. I don't mind taking the Cruiser, but the :princess: sure likes creature comforts. Anyway, had fun on some muddy roads and took the time to climb an obsticle or two, nothing that required a spotter.
