Noticed today while fiddling with a new OBD2 adapter that my throttle position % shows ~14-15% with the vehicle not running. I started it up and it stays the same, no throttle input and ~14+% shows at idle. Anyone else have something similar? It runs fine but does idle higher than any of my friends LCs. Can it be recalibrated in Techstream? Not really worried about it, more curiosity than anything. Vehicle is a 2003 Land Cruiser, so there isn't a cable or anything to adjust I don't believe.

According to the FSM for my 2001 LC:
With ignition switch on, engine not running, and accelerator pedal not depressed 14.4-16% is good.

With ignition still on walk to the throttle body and close the valve by hand. Should read 10 - 14%.

My 2001 is different than yours but wanted to at least respond to your thread.
