My current rotors have about 150K miles on them and are warped with slight grooving on the passenger side. Time for new rotors and pads.

Any advice on what I should do?

Currently I am considering OE pads and rotors from the dealer at under $500 installed left and right (front only).

The other option is EBC slotted / dimpled (about $500 just for the front rotors) and finally the Slee rotors ($260 for both front rotors).

Thanks for the help.

Go OEM, I went with another so called "premium" set in the front, and I've always been wishing I went OEM, as they had much better grab. I went OEM in the rears, and am glad I did.

I have the Powerstop rotors and pads from Slee on all four corners. We've seen a big difference in braking performance between these and the OEM pads/rotors I was running.

So the Slee rotors are made by Powerstop?

When it comes to "grab" and the feel of a stickier brake pad, the rotors are not nearly as important as the pad choice. Some will argue, but my opinion is based on owning cheap chinese rotors, OEM Toyota rotors (good by the way) and EBC cryo treated rotors. First off I'll never waste the money on cryo rotors again, unless I had a raceing pad and needed the extra rotor life.
EBC has even said the cryo rotor being harder causing it to stop slightly less efficient. OEM is fine, but a good EBC pad or Hawk pad along w/ the cheapest Chinese rotors will give MUCH better heat resistance that even the good quality OEM Toyota pads; not to mention will stop faster.
Not that I would run a cheap rotor, but I personally would go with whatever was cheaper (within reason) and still good quality. A cheap pad on the other hand is JUNK! I used to run the "lifetime" warranty pads from autozone not realizing they glazed over and didn't stop my old Tacoma worth a crap. Live and learn.
I put Bosch rotors from O'Reily's along w/ ceramic O'Reily pads on my wife's EX-L Accord and love the quiet smooth, consistant stopping power. My Cryo rotors and Hawk pads on my 4runner were good, but not as smooth as the store brand from Oreily oddly enough.

If you care about pad choice...My next pad will be EBC. Green stuff is good for most drivers. I like to tow heavy boats from time to time so I'll go with the Red Stuff, if they even make them for the LC. They have virtually no dust and stop as good as any pad on the market. The Yellow Stuff pad is a street legal racing pad. The hotter it gets, the better it stops, but you get weak cold braking and LOTS of dust.
Hope all my rambling helps...I just went through all the rotor/pad garbage with my 4runner last year so I guess it's fresh on my mind!

X2 - just installed the fronts; shoulda done this long ago.

slee rotors and oem pads did the trick for me on a heavy 80 series.
