Anyone have this? Does it make noise when your at highway speed?

I had one on my 80 and wouldn't buy it again. It did make noise, and also wasn't very secure. The clamps were fine with clamping down to the factor rails. The issue was the rack mounting to the bar that has clamps, no matter how tight I got those the actual rack would shift when on a trail.
