My 285s rubbed with no spacers. Rear during full articulation and front in certain situations at full wheel lock.

Mooooo, get those bling wheels mounted up and show us some pics! YOu mentioned that spacers were illegal in Au? Does anyone actually check (or even know what they are checking?). I'll send you a set marked as "exercise equipment" if you are interested.

the t-bars shouldn't have done anything to change your suspension geometry. If you compress or extend your suspension enough, it will still rub. That's good though that you haven't notice any more rubbing.

Haha. No its rare that they'd check for spacers. Things like that are only usually checked if you have an accident and hopefully you are ok and can remove them before the insurance people inspect the vehicle!! And if you need to get a roadworthy certificate you'd ensure they weren't installed either!
Edit: they're not illegal to buy as people user them for things like off road racing. They're illegal "on road"
