Think something is wrong (1 Viewer)

I was installing the passengers side lock out an the rotor stopped spinning freely tore it all bake down and all I can see that may be wrong is the berf. Is setting at the bottom of the axle tube. And when the lock out is in stalled it binds up.
Any thoughts? Axle bent? Or should I just run it and see if it wares the bushing out. Have a dealing it will ware the seal out first.

what kindof shims you have on the top and bottom?? meaning how many on top and bottom.

that is where i would look first.

So your saying it wont turn w/ the hubs unlocked?

I have to look at the shims I used the Toyota tool to get the sizes but I think I'm going to redo the measurement.

Unlocked it doesn't turn. I think the alignment is off.

It's ben so long I'm wondering if I mismesured. I have never had lockouts on it.
