In my Yellow Zinc Gold plating adventures I realized if I plated some SiLCA brand TR-27 90999-00027 profile keys in yellow gold zinc ….

Well we here in mud as a nitch community could claim we did just that for the first time in history !

I have the OEM ones in the works also now as we speak

I’d like to mention my partner in crime here the legionary @gaterplater he is also involved here too …

These can absolutely be code cut to your T - series factory key code …

Or a simple keep sake for the Mrs, or Mr.

Maybe we should all gold plate our emblems, door handles and other external chrome pieces. Then we'd have the Lexus Gold Edition version of a Pig.

Many of our rear window switches don't care about bumps on a key. Screwdrivers and pocket knives make mine work.

- this thread really had and has nothing to do with golden plated 55 and other land cruiser keys ........

- it popped in my head i could start a engaging and full of folks contributing on the entire 55 / 56 series KEYS / LOCKS and related TECH in a constructive way if they simply

had a solid GOLD reason to do just that .........
