Simon's plate mounts the box low, it appeared the Pitman arm would contact the spring under compression, so Josh fabbed a different plate and mounted it high.....

Fro spent most of the day cleaning and painting stuff, Josh had no grinder bitch so he did all the work.
I worked on the 4.3 swap.

We done had our first breakage and the damn thang aint even got a tranny in it yet. One of our ultra-custom hi-steer arms snapped while I was takin it off yesterday. After closer inspection, it had a crack all the way accross where it broke, so had to make another, and beef up the other side. Will try to get some pics up later. Josh
 
Like Kowboy said, if it breaks rollin it off the trailer, by Gawd it'll be there. My job is only to make sure it gets there, then its Fro's baby :D REal hi-steer arms are in the future for this monstrosity, though. Josh :flamingo:

If you guys need it, I have a double steering arm I don't need anymore. Just cover shipping, it's doing nothing but collectin' dust in my shed.
 
GOT THE TRANSFER CASE SHIFTERS FABBED UP...got to figure out if we want beer tap handles or dildos on the tops........

I can get some from my sister-in-law the she has worn out. She goes through them like Dearborn goes through Birfields! We ain't right over here in MS!!!!

I found a 3/4" bore Heim joint (thanks Nolen) but need to know if RH or LH thread. They're chromolly so don't know if ya can weld 'em.

Please advise and I'll order ASAP.

green73 is sending us a double knuckle arm so we can use stock components and best of all, free.....well ya owe him a decal and tee shirt..... :D
