My room mate and i used to make pb&j sammiches, and then grill them like a grilled cheese. If you have not tried it you should. Let it cool a bit before you take a bite, that jam gets fricken hot ! This the ultimate munchie food, IMO.
If you are into organic food, try Santa Cruz dark roasted peanut butter. I love peanut butter and this is as good as it gets. Its just peanuts and 1% salt.
