you guys have no idea what eye candy this rig was.
He showed up just as the sun set, and it was nearly dark out, but within minutes, he had 6 guys all over that rig like a NASCAR pitstop. guys were on their backs, humped over the 40 inch tires and climbing on the back like a jungle gym.
He wheeled the snot out of it, and it ran great. Even got a little rain in it on the way home down the pass.
Steve (619toy) made it thru the 'con without any hassles, shoot almost made it completely without a scratch. I told him he drove the cleanest lines out of anyone there.
If he doesn't watch out, I'm stealing that rig. He makes a killer Tri Tip also.
It's hard to believe he drove that trail so well with TWO dogs on his lap. Dogs rule. But still, that's some accomplishment. I've had hassles with dogs on a freeway, let alone at 40 degrees tilt and that elevation, dust, loud bangs and the sweet sound of sliders on granite.
here's a few of PKP80 when he pulled up, he's been there for maybe 35 seconds and I caught him mid swing at his first mosquito.
