Is it Thursday yet???
As a matter of fact it is.
I won't spoil any of Sammys fun but let me tell you his rig is NASTY! The tube work is amazing as is the entire look of it. Made mine look like a mall Cruiser. Strong work Sammy.

dropped off one lexan and one "cargolite" panel and some aluminum flush 1/8" rivets at Ian's place on my lunch break.
Use some tin snips to trim up the corners if you want, you should have 2" all the way around the opening. Match drill a few holes, and before you pull the rivets, add a bead of adhesive epoxy/silicone and you're ready.
Both panels have a protective film on them that you will have to toss.
I'd use the lexan so you can see a spotter. But the other panel is cool too.
Ian, sweet 40! why the sterring wheel in your winch?
As a matter of fact it is.![]()

SOmething like that.Sam's to busy making sweet sweet love to his cruiser in the driveway to post up any shots.
By the looks of your last post you were up pretty late... Did you make it home before dark? Glad you like what we did. Let me know what else we can do for you? B2 & B3![]()

That is just sick Sammy! I can't wait to see daylight and/or trail pics! Fantastic!

Hey Sam, why not mount the winch to the front cross bar on your spare tire rack? Hang it directly above the hoop and cut a hole in the floor. That hoop is tied in directly to he frame and should be able to handel it no problem. I can make a cover for the hole when the winch is not in use. Just a thought![]()

Funny Sam mentioned the same thing last night at about 11pm but we just didn't have time to get it done right. There you go Sammy direct from the master, you can cut some more sheet metal.![]()
