Yankee Toys Fall Gathering 2009 Registration Form Oct. 2-4 CLICK TO DOWNLOAD

Thank you for attending the Yankee Toys Fall Gathering! We are excited to once again host you here in beautiful New Hampshire for a weekend of camping and offroading with your fellow Toyota 4x4 owners.

We will be staying at "Gretchen's" in Hancock, NH, all trail runs will depart from there and the Saturday BBQ raffle will be held there as well. Sites will be first-come-first served and you can claim your site when you arrive. Due to the wide open nature of FnF, we cannot set aside a specific site for you ahead of time. We reserve the whole campground for the Club, so there will be plenty of room.

You must Pre-Register for the Friday and Saturday Trail Runs. Sunday trail runs will be first come-first served and will be half day runs.

You MUST be a Yankee Toys member to participate. You can join or renew your membership on the form.

Thanks to vtcruiser60 for digging up the old trail descripositons! BEar in mind we've had a wet summer and that will add to the difficulty in places. I've tried to add tire and body damage outlines but these are only guidelines.

TRAIL1: Stock (Class VI Roads 1)
31's recommended, minimal chance of body damage

TRAIL2: Stock (Class VI Roads 2)
31's recommended, minimal chance of body damage

TRAIL3: Stock (Private Land)
if you are running a rig on 31's with mud tires and a locker or winch you can do this trail. It's pretty level with many ledges to climb. There are some by-passes. Small chance of body damage

TRAIL4: Stock-to-Intermediate (Near Carnage)
Lots of loose rocks on hill climbs, ledges, many bypasses. Chance of body damage.

TRAIL5: IntermediatePlus (Carnage)
We reccomend 33's and a locker/winch. Very rocky and muddy. Some steep hill climbs but mostly you'll be picking your way thru trees and over boulders. Chance of body damage.

TRAIL6: Intermediate-to-Hard (Wambus 1)
33's-35's with a locker and or winch. Many large boulders to climb, ledges, mud, etc. High chance of body damage.

TRAIL7: Intermediate-to-Hard (Wambus 2)
33's-35's with a locker and or winch. Many large boulders to climb, ledges, mud, etc. High chance of body damage.

TRAIL8: Intermediate-to-Hard (Gretchen's)
Plenty of challenges many with by-passes. Minimum 33's with a locker, , locker and winch. High chance of body damage.

TRAIL9: Hardcore (Gretchen's)
If you have to ask you shouldn't be on these trails.

Don’t forget to sign and return your WAIVER (pg. 4 of the pdf) with your registration!

ALL Dogs MUST be on a leash at ALL times.

Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages on the trail.

I (re)volunteer to help organize "something" for newbies. But, I hope to be paired with someone who's been part of this group for longer than me (*one* FG) on this assignment ;)
I'm interested.

We could help, I know Amy helped out this past year with tickets and offered to help with kid stuff.
I chopped a ton of fire wood this past FG for the fire:hillbilly:, I'd be happy helping anyway I can.

Will the Trail Team join us this year?

The Trail Teams have not announced if they will be on the road next year. However, I have been in contact with the company who manages their events and we are on the schedule. As soon as I get an official thumbs up we will post it here.

Woody is doing his own IH8MUD tour this year. He was telling Lane and I about it at the Stratton Mountain East Coast invitational. I had emailed him about the YT calendar and asked him then if he would like to come to the FG and he said yes.

The more the merrier :)

Tom,

I would love to have Amy's help with the kids event. Have her email me at efbecker@comcast.net when she gets a moment and we'll put together a kids fest committee.

Thanks!!
