In order to help folks coordinate their trail runs with their friends, this year we are going to post WHO has signed up for which spot as the registrations come in. This will also allow you to see what is filled up so you, and the event staff, can adjust accordingly.

In order for you to be marked down for a particular trail run you MUST submit your paperwork, and payment to Jason Shumate, no exceptions.

Doesn't look like I'll be able to make it this year. :( Have fun folks....

OK, so this year I am bringing the wife and kids, claire 3 years old, and lucas 1.5
I am thinking wheeling with them on friday, then saturday my wife could do something around the camp with them, i remember last year seeing a bounce house and some games.

are there any plans set up yet? just curious, thanks

Hi Scott,

There will be plenty to keep Claire and Lucas busy. I have Toyota Bingo planned, small treasure hunts for the kids, remote control cars, treat bags and our great raffle (the money raised will once again go to the NICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock). I will post more detail in the next week or so as well as an informal sign up sheet so I know how many to plan for.

PM me if you have any specific questions.

Some of the raffle prizes include tickets to Storyland, Santa's Village, Springfield Musuems and more!!

Sheri:)

Hi all,

I'm new to the Yankee Toys group and was planning on attending my first run at the Fall Gathering. I have a few questions. I'm pretty much a newbie running a 04 T4R with an OME suspension, warn winch, 32" tires.

What trails would you recommend?

Thanks

Go with the stock trails if you are new to all this. You'll have fun and your rig will go home
with out the dents that will happen on the harder trails. ( pic of your rig would be cool!)

welcome great to have you:cheers: Stock to moderate all depends on if you like scratches on your under belly and the occasional pin striping

Thanks. I was thinking about doing the stock I trail on Friday then the Stock III trail on Saturday. I assume these are not just dirt roads. I'd like to actually hit something a little challenging.

Once I get more acclimated, I'm not worried about under body scratches, although I still need to get some rock sliders.

I'll post some pics of the rig once I get the suspension and winch installed.

That should be a good fit. The beauty of the FG stock 1 & 2 runs is that they are just roads, nothing like an off road park. You'll be travelling a lot of dirt track and secondary roads with challenging sections thrown in that you must master to continue. Stock 3 is private property that can be as hard or easy as the group wants. I don't believe in recent history we've had anyone suffer significant damage.........or complain they were bored on stock runs. :D

Winch won't be a necessity........but it's always nice to have some in the group.

I can't wait this will be my 2nd gathering.

Sheri, Amy's e-mail has changed, you can get us at krazyfj@yahoo.com

Thanks,

Hey gang! Randy Elkin and Jason Peters worked hard on a special 10th Anniversary shirt design for this year. I'm shooting to have it printed on a military brown tshirt to hide that trail dirt. :) This year's truck sticker will be a smaller version of the front round design.

There may be some minor adjustments to this but I think it's pretty close to final. Hope you like it!

Very nice! Man, you guys have skills!
Good color choice too!

GET THOSE REGISTRATIONS IN. I only have 10 thus far. This will be one lame fall gathering with only 10 trucks.

Don't worry it's still early. A lot will come in last minute.
