Sorry for the absence, got a bad case of Salmonella poisening from undercooked eggs on Thursday night and was bed ridden for about 36 hours in between toilet runs.

I'll put together a presentation here with links, item lists etc. I believe domain registration for 1 year is 36 bucks. If I remember right. I've been registering my domains for longer and costs more.

Look for some options later tonight. Have to bend tube after work

Okay guys, here's the deal.

I recieved an email from WB to stop using "Jonny Quest". Okay, fine. Well, after about it over a beer with Vince, we decided to donate the server space to the club.

Jonny Quest Offroad is no more.

Went ahead and registered the domain of ttro.net for the club and now the cost for doing this totals 23 bucks.

Going to get to work pronto the the club site but this issue is resolved, now on to helping Warren with his Barn sale.

Thats a bunch of BS about Jony Quest. Do you still own the domain name? You should put up a site about a quest for a place to use the toilet. Or try and sell them the name stating it would be cheaper to give me $$$$ than to pay lawers to go to court

Well, it blows actually. But we are going to comply for now but its not the entire end of the road by any means. Getting some help on this one from some folks that know how to handle this kinda thing. Not so sure its the offroad site as much as its where this is going kinda thing.

Okay guys,

We need to reconsider our name. There is another Toyota Wheeling Club out there witht he url www.toyotatrailriders.com and our name selection has infringed and will cause some confusion.


Look at their URL. The site is VERY well done and this is an active group so I can see the concern.

We can rename our club alot easier than they can and we have a very unique opportunity to coin a real original name.

Out of respect for our yota brothers, let's toss this around a bit.

I like messin' w/ Toyota, so maybe back to ToyOhio or OhioYotas?
We could say the chapter name (if we ever get that far) is Toyohio 4wheelers, but use just the name as a domain, toyohio.org or ohioyota.org
