Spent the long weekend in Crested Butte with some buddies and the wife. Did some wheeling/exploring along Schofield and Paradise Divide and mountain biked 401. We attempted Pearl Pass to Castle Peak, however it was a complete s*** show due to 4 or 5 days of straight rain, so after sliding sideways, backwards, we turned around.

Came a year early...

2005 uzj100. Thunder cloud metallic. 110xxxmiles.

Since I am up in canada it is hard to find uzj's. So when I found this one on kijiji, I jumped at it. Owner was awesome, fellow landcruiser lover...

I had the timing belt done before I drove it 300kms home. Looks like the 90k service was not done, so I will be doing the thermostat ( should have done it at toyota when I was getting the belt done ), plugs, heater t's etc in the very near future.

Hot it is! 109* heat index on open water. Makes me really appreciate the A/C in the pop-up camper

The scenery shots and my lazy pup are all at our campsite. The first shot of the hundo is in the beginning section of Schofield Park. The second and third shot of the Cruiser are near the top section of Paradise Divide, before you get to 811.

Took a quick trip up a local hill to get a little dirt on the new tire I just had installed (replacement for one that was destroyed on a trail).

Watching a San Diego sunset with my dog an my 100 was a bonus!

Installed some 865s in the rear last weekend they did great with the load compared to stock springs with spacers without really making the normal ride too harsh. Seem to make a good combo with ironman foamcell shock.
