Since I would have been 10th or so in line due to all the interest, I decided to try Amazon to see if this interesting book was available. I had never heard of this book and it looks like it would be a good read. Thankfully, there was one copy in good but used condition for $60+shipping . Guess who got it!
But the one listed here is in by far better condition.

IIRCC that was from Specter originally, I remember getting a postcard about it and putting it on the fridge. The wife bought me a copy and it's just like the OP's above, with the paper cover also.
IIRCC the original price was $50.
