they have a ton of stuff.
but I ordered a pair of shocks, their site says 112 in stock.
a few days go by and I didnt get any tracking, item was supposed to ship in 24 hours, delivery in 3 days. so I emailed, no reply, call, on hold for ever, no help, another e-mail.
dispute with paypal because its been over a week at this point.
email from seller, my shocks will ship 8/2/14
I tell them I want to cancel the order, no reply. call again, talk to an agent, "sure no problem Ill get that e-mail to you and a full refund today" that was 3 days ago. nothing.
Pay pal has their usual BS. I cant dispute it with discover until 15 days after I asked to cancel the order.
I should have just paid retail.

I have used AutoAnything several times and had good service. Never heard of Autoplicity. AutoAnything is owned by AutoZone, so they have a bigger rep to protect.

Young rat snake. In your area when these snakes become larger they'll become black. Harmless and common. Good to see you didn't kill it.
Thanks. I knew you were the man to ask. It kinda surprised me when I was blowing the spiderwebs out of my girls playhouse.

Ok I wasn't sure if there was something else.

To me best part was dude admitted 100% to committing the crime on camera and that he was stupid for doing it.

Would that be admissible?

Absolutely, an admission against interest. You just need to establish the recording was a true and accurate representation of what occurred that day and had not been altered.

Kicker is that if he had not been read his Miranda rights, the reporter was asking questions the cops couldn't ask without at least offering him the right to have counsel present. Since the reporter was not a cop no issue with admissibility.

That's why it was so crazy stoopid

Getting back to the subject of snakes I about stepped on this one, I am thinking its and Eastern Diamondback (Godwin?). It was about 2.5' long and never rattled, I grabbed a 12' branch and scooted him off the trail.

Good for you, about moving the snake, I would still be running!

Timber rattler. The eastern diamondback rattlesnake, in Alabama, is found only in about the southern quarter of the state. Good for you to just move it, of course most snakebite in the US occurs when someone is messing with the snake .

It was in the mountains of north Georgia up towards North Carolina. I thought the timber rather was usually lighter and the eastern was darker.

The eastern diamondback has distinct diamond-shaped marks on the back and down the length of the body. This species is Crotalus adamanteus.

The more common rattlesnake of much of the eastern US is Crotalus horridus which has the common names of timber rattlesnake and canebrake rattlesnake. The timbers are usually darker and found in more mountainous areas, such as N. GA. Canebrakes generally have a lighter pattern with chevron marks.
