I was only asking.

I think I followed you in that you were looking to support someone local that might have been struggling.

I would suggest that we just smoke, cook, whatever for the people and let it roll. personally I can smoke 10 turkeys if everything is rocking and rolling. Possibly a few more but 10 a given.

What did I miss? Not sure what thread ya'll are talking about.
And I went and looked.

Should be back up

If the clubhouse wants to host so be it. I was just saying I could cook 10 turkeys ish.

I can eat 10 turkeys ish.. (if they are any thing like your thighs)

How many people? I might be able to host at my place, and I'll see about getting keg beer. Need to check with the boss first though.

Parking is an issue in your "sac"

turkeys are fried. right?

You turn on the oven and let it come to temp. I light the charcoal and let it come to temp. Seems similar enough for me.

I allow the temp run up so that I can play with the meat.

Heat oil, fry turkey, remove, consume, put on elastic waist pants.

See this is why smoking is better.

So... why are two threads discussing this. I'm getting cornfused.
Also, is this for us? Or for the needy? Or are we finding a "needy" restaurant?
