the police response to an exaggerated incident is comparable. because if they can repsond that way to the murder of 3 people imagine what kind of reaction they can justify when 6 or 8 people are killed. I like my 4th amendment rights, and dont particularly care to give them up in the name of "keeping me safe"
if the IRS isnt going to be in charge of healthcare, who is going to keep track with how I spend my money, and if I buy this new "tax" or not, or if I have to pay into the "new tax system" or if I paid my "fine" for not taking part in the healthcare system. Or what ever the hell they need to call it this week to justify them being able to mandate me buying something.
