as for the caster correction, I get a lot less pull/wander during braking. Other than that tracking/driving seems to be about the same, but I think I might need new TREs. Before I do that I need to adjust my PS like Clank was telling me about a few months ago.

I need to learn up on how to do an alignment because my wheel is off center.

I also noticed I need to adjust my headlights.

Hopefully that will tighten everything up as much as possible without re installing my front sway bar.

I didn't even think about the fact that you were driving around with no caster correction and no sway bar. You must have a high tolerance for bad steering. I didn't feel a lot of play in your TRE's - I would adjust the steering and see how it feels.

Alignment and steering wheel alignment are two different things. To straigten the wheel you adjust the bar in the front of the axle. To adjust toe(only part of the alignment that is possible) you adjust the rod in the back of the axle. I try to set the toe in a little less than 1/4" at the edge of the tire. Measure two points across the back of the tires, roll the truck forward so those points are in the front and set the toe in.

Hory Cwap! You don't have a front sway bar AND you haven't adjusted castor?!
"All that wander are not lost"...
You must think your steering is feathery huh?!

To reset your steering wheel, you'll need a socket set, pipe wrench, and a friend. lossen the TRE holders (may need to soak them for days), grab the relay bar with the pipe wrench and adjust, have your friend tell you when the steering wheel is straight... it doesn't take much turning...

You need a front sway bar and drops... no point in not having it. In fact, even wheeling hard, the sway bar doesn't prevent much flex if any on an 80 series like it does on other rigs... I always suggest leaving them on road rigs...

To be driving such an attention grabbing car they sure threw a fit when they saw me take a picture.

http://emaps.emapsplus.com/ is an awesome site and I am glad tuscaloosa participates. (i wish I could hide my info from the search function, but other than that I really like being able to get quick and easy access to property information)

I assume there is no law against me mailing some of my neighbors to ask if they are interested if selling their land? Their mailing address is available here, I havnt hacked anything, or gone around any kind of firewalls to get this info.

does anyone know? or should I call the courthouse and ask/call a lawyer and ask?

Folks call my dad regularly asking about buying a parcel he owns in north Mississippi. No issues.
