that is pretty cool - 4 wheel steering and 4x4 drive. The 3rd pic at the lego site link looks like portal axles. I used to spend hours alone building stuff with the Expert Builder kits. Nothing like this though.

ACC doesn't push retail items much, but I'd be willing to bet they could match any published Ironman price. They are in pretty good with Eli.

Having seen them install the Ironman bumper on several trucks, they are a better design than the ARB. However, its a 2:banana: job requiring two people.

We would be more than happy to match any advertised price for all Ironman products.

Does Ironman make a rear bumper for a 100? Don't think I've seen one before.

I thought you already had a nice heavy cow plow in the garage waiting to be assembled? I just ordered a plasma cutter so that might help the process.

I do have the completed center section and the wings that need to be bent and welded up. Makes an awesome bumper I just keep thinking about the TJM T3. Sahara would be second.

Just a Reminder
Well really to see if I can add my own text to a link.

does anyone know anything about metal detectors?

I found a junk pile I want to go over before I start clearing.

I have no idea why people post in the vehicle classifieds "if you were closer I would be all over this"
Especially for 60s and 80s; if I found the right one for the right price I would go to any of the lower 48 to pick it up.
I would see it as a chance for a vacation and adventure.
You are buying a cruiser isn't a sense of adventure a prerequisite?

That is all

So a good friend of mine just slapped a 3 inch lift and some new tires on his 4Runner, and we were wondering if anyone knew any good spots around Auburn to put it to the test? Little bit of mud, some cool trails, hills/obstacles to climb, anything more than just a dirt road haha. The GAP is closed until February, so until then, that's out of the question... Any other suggestions? I've explored the National Forest, but only at night, and there weren't really any trails to test out, just long winding dirt roads. It'll be me in my 100 and him in the 4runner, so we'd be able to help another out in any sticky situations if someone got stuck or what not. Any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

nothing legal.

Nothing legal.... Anything just slightly frowned upon?

You like being fined $500? being killed?
A few years back a couple of local 4wheeler guys were killed by a land owner out in the Beauregard community.
It's just not worth trying to find epic wheeling when it's on someone elses property.
Just wait until the GAP is open. You won't find anything extreme enough out on dirt roads down there anyway.

Yeah I'm gonna pass on that... I'm just used to back home where we have community trails all around town. Public land that as long as you strictly just wheel on it, no one cares. As long as you're sober, not throwing a party on it, and not dumping trash you're allowed to hang out and ride as long as you like. Eh, oh well...

In alabama, all land is "Posted" even if it's not literally posted. Meaning that all private/public land is protected by "No Trespassing" laws. I don't know the specifics, I just know it exists, it's a mofo fo sho

Daggum that does suck...lot different than all the trails we had back home. Ever heard of drunk creek? Heard there was a waterfall and stuff, gonna go check it out with the directions I was given, see if it's still around and not on some private land. Not into the whole trespassing thing, so avoiding that one haha

yessir! I think there's a few drunk creeks in the auburn area though.
Still got bookoo friends down yonder. Most were actually up at the SRRS comp at chocco this past weekend. Definitely come out to the GAP in Feb. I'll see you if you're in a hunnerd. I'll be in Catfish Charlie.
