That Dang Fan Shroud!

I just took my radiator out and I just about cursed everyone on my block over that fan sroud. I remember reading something about a fan shroud mod... Anybody know where that thread is or know how to ease the stress of that shroud?

What was the problem you were having? I found it quite easy to remove. What I did first was remove all the bolts holding the shroud on and then placed it on the fan and out of the way to remove all the bolts holding the radiator.

alot of people just cut it in half. personally i only screw in the two top bolts
