Thanks to all PMCer ( the Knorr boys out )

I know what you mean Mike. I'm a newbee to the club also and they are a great group of people. Had fun wheeling with you guys and also enjoyed meeting the 2nd generation Knorr boy around the fire. He's got the same sparkle in his eyes that you and Dale have. I really enjoy seeing the offspring enjoy what turns us on.
And Roger, if you're lurking, thanks again for letting Courtney get a taste of driving a mini. She did really enjoy it.
Also I think almost anything beats a tent in a sand storm.

Yes, thanks to all who came and showed support for each other.

Thanks to Don for putting up with me again for Sand Chef. I think we were up against some tough odds, considering.

Great Time, I'm was glad that we got there early enough to enjoy the good weather and before the weekend crowds arrived. Think that's the first time that the old Cruiser had the carbon blew out of it so much, went thru a full tank of gas in the two days.
Heck, I had fun just watching the big kids play (Knorr Boys) and Yes- Roger has bragging rights, he was able to beat me to the top on some sand dunes.( I didn't want to air down I was having to much on the hard tires -two wheel drive and high range)
Don- don't let Courtney go to the "Dark Side" Roger should have never let her drive his mini-truck. Us Cruiser guys are a dieing breed. I was once temped to go "that way" but I had the strength to back to the 40.
Tim

S&T was great. PMC had a good turn out with a total of 18 members there. The $100 when to Justin Verdu who wanted to increase his odds of winning and made a deal with Eric to split it.

Tim, The kids both came home at birth in a 40 and a 60. They love and respect cruisers just like their dad. They also have seen the writing on the wall as far as cost of purchasing and building a 40 at their age. Son finally bought his own taco a month ago. Court has been eying a mini since I convinced her the 40 was good for H.S. but not for commuting to college. They will certainly stay Toyota. Personally I love driving a Cruiser even if the motor homes pulling trailers are passing me on the freeway:D. We may be a dieing breed but we're far from dead.
Funny, We didn't see another 40 or 60 being driven on the road once we headed north from Pismo.

yes, what a good time and great to see the large club turnout.

Mike and Dale, you guys are the best!

Dion, thanks for covering me, I am such a bonehead. Please shoot me a PM with your mailing address.

Cindy and I had a great time riding the quads, Cindy was catching air and scaring the heck out of me.

See you folks either after T-day or at the Holiday party.

Good Time

Had a good time I don't think I have ever beat on my truck that much. Towing to and from makes it a little less to worry about breakage. I can tell you it was fun. The wind on Sat night was something to be hold when your in a tent. Court isn't a very good porker player but she did a good job driving. Something about drive it like if it breaks Roger will fix it. Don I am still working on her cruiser maybe xmas???? We won't say anything to her.

Might have been because I mentioned needing more momentum on that one hill. She grew up watching momentum at it's best with those wonderful 3.73 gears on the Rubicon:rolleyes:
Sounds great about her cruiser, that's very generous of you. We'll keep it a suprise
