Test drove and ran some codes... any help?

I test drove a 2011 LX570 and was able to run a few codes. Can you all take a look and see if any look suspicously problematic? The car drove fine and the seller has been incredibly helpful despite a language barrier. His story, docs, all add up. He's had it since 11k miles in 2013 and all his docs match the carfax and research.

So far I am assuming a rear height sensor is in order. I have been told that may help the headlight codes. I didn't get a chance to clear codes and rerun so if the seller is friendly enough for me to do so, what are your suggestions if I have more time with the truck? I will say that the LX is priced really well and if purchased I am going to allow him to finish the year off for his daughters school before they sell everything off and head back home internationally. I would love your feedback.

While I am at it, I have not driven a lexus or toyota in a while. I cannot remmeber if it is a normal thing, but when cruising at low speed, and tap the brake, i get a 1 second electronic buzz. is that normal?

Has this been in a unreported front end fender bender?
 
Owner has said no. I am inclined to believe him thus far he has been a very stand up guy.
 
FYI:
- The truck has hydraulic suspension not AIR.
- There was a recall for a seat belt receiver of the passenger seat that can cause the air bag issue.
- Check for the fluid level in suspension system and when it was serviced last time.
- Check for fuses related to front headlights and leveling system.
- Tpms system needs good batteries in valve stems to work correctly - check with local tire shop if they all work correctly (including the spare wheel - make sure it is there in the first place)

Someone recently posted their shot of Techstream and it referred to "Air suspension." Kind of weird, but that's probably why some of the online stuff says that. Might also just be a matter of cross platform stuff. The Sequoia and GX both have AHC options, and those are air driven.

Weird to have errors on all the HL swivel motors, but a faulty rear sensor will definitely cause AFS issues as mentioned above. I assume it doesn't have aftermarket headlights? Hope they didn't replace them trying to fix the AFS error and make things worse.

The sensor in question is on the passenger side of a US vehicle short of halfway between the differential the wheel just in front of the rear axle. You might stick your head under there and make sure it's connected and the bracket isn't bent up. Being in Hawaii, i'd defintely want to check for rust, expecially of all the AHC components. I also suspect being in Hawaii, 200 series sales don't come up that often. These components are mostly along the outside of the frames underneath some steel tube protectors. And then the main control valves are on the drivers side in front of the rear wheels on the inside of the frame. There is a single feed line between the rear reservoir (behind the passenger rear tire) and the height control valves that runs over the rear axle. This is the most common failure point in the system. The line rusts out and needs to be replaced.

Hopefully the TSB can resolve the airbag issue. I would think if there was a collision, there would be more airbag alerts. Also, another sitiuation where you could easily pop up the seat and make sure it's connected. 4 Bolts hold the seat rails down and you can roll it back in place. There are 3 connectors and the yellow connector is for the airbag. I've heard it's harder to get the airbag DTCs reset, but maybe only if the airbags have actually been tripped.
