What is interesting about this one ...
The screen is wider instead of taller (12.3" diagonal), and it doesn't replace the audio system - it does make the front vents a bit smaller.
The OEM camera are still working.
It is Android 10.

But there are conflicting specs (4GB in one place, 2GB lower in text), it says it has a radio chip and amp but the unit pics/video shows replacing only the screen and HVAC controls, the front camera pics shows guidelines that at least in my truck are shown only on the rear camera view, it is calling it a stereo but the back of the unit picture does not support that, it says it only supports WiFi but the back of the unit has a 4G writing on it.

So far this is the first unit that I found that shows supporting the OEM cameras for a 2013 LX and not removing the factory radio. I like the OEM cameras and guides (yes resolution is not great but I'm not taking photos with them), and I want to keep the functionality of my rear screens and audio.

Does anyone have experience with this unit or knows of a similar one?

I've been low key researching. Don't have any answers to your particular questions. In regards to this specific unit, I'll say I'm not in love with the button aesthetics as it cheapens the dash look. Feel of buttons is also questionable but that's not based on any real info.

Also curious, will be following this thread. The truck in the in the photos looks like a pre 2013 based on the MFD on the speedometer. Not sure if anything changed electrically between the 08-11 models and 2013+ refresh.

I had been looking at the same unit, just sold by a different company ( Belsee Best Aftermarket 12.3 inch Qled Touch Screen Stereo Upgrade for Lexus LX 570 LX570 2008-2021 Android 12 Auto Head Unit Car Radio Replacement GPS Navigation Audio Video Multimedia CD Player Bluetooth Wifi 4G DSP 360 Cameras ) but didn't like that it had volume buttons rather than fan speed buttons. I messaged them not too long ago to verify it was compatible with the ML system and if the backup/360 camera/original radio controls would still work and they said that everything would. I've started liking these style units that keep the factory look personally
