No joy. It booted right up which initially made me smile but then no sound or any audio and no cameras. It’s most likely a wiring issue installer (me) incompetence.

There are quite a few OEM Plugs no longer used. The install videos show this. But it’s hard to tell or at least I don’t know what original plug did what.

Does anyone have a diagram of the original head unit the upper and lower plugs that would identify with each plug was for?

Even just a picture of the back of the head units with the plugs labeled would be very useful.

I have now entered the part of the project I dreaded the most, troubleshooting electronic components that aren’t functioning the way they ought to. Ugh.

I called EC Offroad and they are trying to help me. They are responsive at least. Took pics of what plugs I have installed and confirmed its wired in correctly. Tried some different settings but still no joy. Waiting for them to get back to me with next thing to try...

What did the fix end up being? When I bought mine from Phoenix, I never could get any audio and had to send it back.

It was a wiring mistake on my part. There are two identical looking plugs and you only use one of them. I had the wrong one plugged in. I think I described this with pics in my other thread.
