I sometimes need a tent (with vestibule) who has enclosed floor/footprint all around, not only the vestibule part. Haven't been able to find one so are gonna try to do it my self. I need to buy a new tent, Considering Coleman Kobuk Valley 3 Plus, but if you have a recommendation on a max 3 person tent with vestibule, please tell
(not pop ups). My idea is a tarp that I cut to size and attach to the edge around the entire tent (on the inside) and then put up the inside dome. I just don't really know how. The first idea is with velcro so I can remove the floor when I don't need it. But I need help. When I need the floor it have to be completely secure so nothing will get inside. Will the velcro stick without been sewn? Do you have any other ideas. Every little bit would be really helpful.
