It looks like I have to replace my radiator, water pump, fan clutch, and thermostat. I thought I had a head gasket leak (overheating and boil over) but did a pressure test and chemical block test that turnd out OK. It looks like the coolant is not circulating well as there is a 60 degree temp difference between the upper radiator hose and the lower hose.

Should I replace my temp sensor while I am at it? Where is it located as I can't seem to find it.

I have replaced every hose in the cooling system so I hope this is it!

On the 2F it is atop the cylinder head drivers side towards the rear. It has a single wire going to it that is often damaged due to routing too close to the exhaust manifold. There is a fitting that screws into the block and the temp sensor screws into the fitting.

Thank you. Now I can finally locate it. When I pull it out do I need to have all of the coolant drained?

nope, a little may run out but not much..
